Determination of the Content of Ellagic Acid and Gallic Acid in Geranium strictipes

摘要:

目的:建立紫地榆中鞣花酸和没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Thermo C18色谱柱(250 mm × 4.6
mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长为260 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温为30 ℃。结果:鞣花酸在
6.38~31.88 μg/mL范围内r =0.999 1及没食子酸在11~55 μg/mL范围内r =0.999 1线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.2%(RSD为
1.9%)和97.6%(RSD为1.5%)。结论:本法操作简便、快速、重现性好,能够有效的测定紫地榆中鞣花酸和没食子酸的含量。

Abstract:

Objective: To establish a method of determining the content of ellagic acid and gallic acid in Geranium strictipes.
Methods: HPLC method was used with Thermo C18 chromatography column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). Mobile phase was methanol -
0.1% phosphoric acid water solution gradient elution, the detection wavelength was 260 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the
column temperature was 30 degree. Results: Ellagic acid in 6.38-31.88 μg/mL range r=0.999 1 and gallic acid in 11-55 μg/mL range
r=0.999 1 showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery rate was 99.2%(RSD=1.9%) and 97.6%(RSD=1.5%).
Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and good in reproducibility, which can effectively determine the content of ellagic
acid and gallic acid in Geranium strictipes.
