Investigation on the Resources of Aquatic Hyphomycetes in Jizu Mountain

摘要: 目的:对鸡足山水生丝孢菌及其多样性进行调查。方法:在鸡足山溪流中采集沉水腐木120份,经保湿培养后,进行分离、纯化和鉴定。结果:根据其形态学特征,鉴定出水生丝孢菌20属40种。结论:鸡足山水生丝孢菌资源丰富。检出率最高的是Helicosporium(23.08%),其次是Dactylaria(18.46%)、Ellisembia(10.77%),最低的是Arachnophora(1.54%)、Beltrania(1.54%)等12个属。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the diversity of aquatic hyphomycetes in Jizu Mountain. Methods: 120 samples of submerged rotten wood were collected from Jizu Mountain stream. After moisturized cultivation, they were isolated, purified and identified.Results: According to their morphological characteristics, 40 species of 20 genera of aquatic hyphomycetes were identified.Conclusion: Jizu Mountain is rich in aquatic hyphomycetes resources. The highest detection rate was Helicosporium(23.08%),followed by Dactylaria(18.46%), Ellisembia(10.77%), and the lowest was 12 genera including Arachnophora(1.54%)and Beltrania(1.54%)
