鸡足山水生丝孢菌资源调查

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：对鸡足山水生丝孢菌及其多样性进行调查。方法：在鸡足山溪流中采集沉水腐木120份，经保湿培养后，进行分离、纯化和鉴定。结果：根据其形态学特征，鉴定出水生丝孢菌20属40种。结论：鸡足山水生丝孢菌资源丰富。检出率最高的是Helicosporium（23.08%），其次是Dactylaria（18.46%）、Ellisembia（10.77%），最低的是Arachnophora（1.54%）、Beltrania（1.54%）等12个属。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the diversity of aquatic hyphomycetes in Jizu Mountain. Methods: 120 samples of submerged rotten wood were collected from Jizu Mountain stream. After moisturized cultivation, they were isolated, purified and identified.Results: According to their morphological characteristics, 40 species of 20 genera of aquatic hyphomycetes were identified.Conclusion: Jizu Mountain is rich in aquatic hyphomycetes resources. The highest detection rate was Helicosporium（23.08%）,followed by Dactylaria（18.46%）, Ellisembia（10.77%）, and the lowest was 12 genera including Arachnophora（1.54%）and Beltrania（1.54%）
