摘要:

目的:研究云南松松针多糖清除自由基及抗脂质过氧化的活性。方法:采用DPPH法研究云南松松针多糖清除自由基
的能力,用硫代巴比妥酸(TBARS)法研究云南松松针多糖对大鼠肝组织匀浆自发性脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的抑制作
用,并与维生素C的抗氧化作用进行对比,评价其抗脂质过氧化能力。结果:云南松松针多糖对DPPH自由基有较好的清除能
力,能抑制肝组织匀浆自发性脂质过氧化产物MDA的产生。结论:云南松松针多糖对DPPH自由基有清除作用,对大鼠肝组
织匀浆自发性脂质过氧化有抑制作用,表明云南松松针多糖有较好的抗氧化作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To study Pinus yunnanensis Franch pine needle polysaccharide's effect of scavenging free radical and antilipid
perxidation. Methods: DPPH was used to study the ability of scavenging free radicals of Pinus yunnanensis Franch pine needle
polysaccharide. TBARS was used to study the inhibition effect of Pinus yunnanensis Franch pine needle polysaccharide on MDA in the
mice liver tissue homogenate. The effect was compared with the antioxidation of vitamin C, and its anti lipid peroxidation ability was
evaluated as well. Results: Pinus yunnanensis Franch pine needle polysaccharide extract had certain scavenging effect on DPPH and
could inhibit MDA in the mice liver tissue lipid oxidation products of spontaneous generation. Conclusion: Pinus yunnanensis Franch
pine needle polysaccharide extract has scavenging effects on DPPH free radicals, and inhibition effect on rat liver homogenate
spontaneous lipid peroxidation, showing that Pinus yunnanensis Franch pine needles polysaccharide has good anti-oxidation action.
