大红袍β-羟高铁血红素形成抑制活性研究

摘要:

目的:研究药用植物大红袍(Radix Campylotropidis Hirtellae)的β-羟高铁血红素形成抑制活性,为从天然产物中寻找新
型抗疟药物奠定基础。方法:采用β-羟高铁血红素形成抑制实验对大红袍的粗提物、分离部位及单体化合物进行活性测试,
以抑制率和IC50值来评价其潜在的抗疟活性;利用柱色谱和波谱技术对活性部位成分进行分离和结构鉴定。结果:大红袍粗
提物及各萃取部位均具有较好的β-羟高铁血红素形成抑制活性,但目前从活性部位分离得到的3个单体化合物,仅化合物1
显示微弱的抑制活性。结论:大红袍粗提物及各萃取部位均具有较好的β-羟高铁血红素形成抑制活性,但其中的活性成分有
待进一步研究。

Abstract:

Objective: To study β-hematin formation inhibition activity of Radix Campylotropidis Hirtellae for finding new effective
antimalarial medicines. Methods: The crude extract, fractions and compounds from the plant were screened for antimalarial activities
by β-hematin formation inhibition assay, and the results were expressed as inhibition rate and IC50 values. The compounds were
obtained by column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. Results: The crude extract and
solvent fractions showed significant β- hematin formation inhibition activities, while only the compound 1 showed weak activity.
Conclusion: The crude extract and solvent fractions showed significant β-hematin formation inhibition activities. However, the active
constituents from this plant needs a deeper research as well.
