摘要:

目的:研究匙萼金丝桃的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等多种柱层析方法对匙萼金丝桃化学成分进行分离纯化,并运用现代波谱学技术与理化性质等手段对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从匙萼金丝桃95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、豆甾醇(2)、胡萝卜苷(3)、桦木酸(4)、槲皮素(5)、表儿茶素(6)。结论:化合物1~6均首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Hypericum uralum. Methods: The compounds were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and their structures were elucidated based on the analyses of spectroscopic data and physicochemical properties. Results: Six compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate fraction of 95% ethanolic extract of Hypericum uralum and identified as β- sitosterol(1), stigmasterol(2), daucosterol(3), betulinic acid(4), quercetin(5), and epicatechin(6). Conclusion: Compounds 1-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
