摘要:

目的:探索不同抗真菌药物诱导白假丝酵母菌L型的实验条件。方法:模拟临床用药周期,选择常用抗真菌药物,通过常量液体稀释法对白假丝酵母菌L型进行实验诱导,药物作用后每天通过显微镜观察,并用高渗培养基对疑似菌进行培养。结果:氟康唑(2 μg/mL)和两性霉素B(0.5 μg/mL)连续诱导4 d后,油镜下可见细胞壁不同程度缺损的L型菌,并能通过滤器(0.8 μm)在高渗条件下培养生长。相同条件下,氟胞嘧啶连续诱导7 d未观察到L型菌,过滤后无生长。结论:部分抗真菌药物在一定浓度下连续作用一定时间可诱导形成白假丝酵母菌L型。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the experimental conditions for the L-form of Candida albicans induced by different antifungal agents. Methods: The L-form of Candida albicans was induced by the common antifungal agents according to the macro-liquid dilution method. The fungal cells treated with drugs were taken out for observation under microscope every day, and then for culture in SDA media. Results: After 4-day induction by using fluconazole(2 μg/mL)and amphotericin B(0.5 μg/mL)treatment, the L-form of Candida albicans can be seen under oil lens. The suspected L-form cells could pass through the bacterial filter(0.8 μm)and grow under the conditions of high osmotic pressure. Under the same condition, none of the L- form cell was observed after 7 days of fluorocytosine treatment, and they could not grow through the filter. Conclusions: The L-form of Candida albicans can be artificially induced by using some antifungal agents when the conditions are suitable.
