Abstract: Alcohol addicts, as a special kind of social group, are increasing in absolute numbers in China, which hinders the
construction of a harmonious society. Currently, the psychological health problems of the alcohol dependent people have been paid
great attention to. The psychological treatment of their mental health has become the focus of the society, with the key being how to
eliminate the sense of inferiority, and the most important factor being the social support. Through the study of the specific relationship
between the sense of inferiority and social support of the alcohol addicts, this paper scientifically points out their psychological and
physiological rehabilitation in the aspects of daily life, clinical treatment and nursing. Alcohol dependence is positively correlated with
inferiority complex, and is not significantly related to social support. The inferiority level of alcohol dependence is negatively correlated
with social support.
