Species Diversity and Biological Activity of Actinobacteria in Hehua Hot Spring of Yunnan Province

摘要: 目的:探究荷花温泉放线菌物种多样性、酶活性和抗菌活性,获得一些具有重要研究价值的活性菌株。方法:采集温泉
底泥样品,对其中放线菌进行分离纯化,结合形态学和分子生物学手段对放线菌菌株进行物种鉴定,并对菌株进行酶活性和抗
菌活性研究。结果:共分离得到60株放线菌,即链霉菌属(Streptomyces)51株、小单孢菌属(Micromonospora)8株和野野村氏菌
属(Nonomuraea)1株。其中,38.33%的菌株具有产酶特性,且8株放线菌表现出至少对其中1种病原菌具有抗菌活性。结论:
云南荷花温泉中放线菌资源物种较为丰富,部分菌株具有良好的生物学活性,值得进一步研究。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the species diversity, enzymatic characteristic and antibacterial activity of actinomycetes in Hehua
Hot Spring and obtain some bioactive strains for further studies. Methods: The actinomycetes were isolated and purified by plate
dilution coating method and streak separation method, identified by morphological, physiological, biochemical and molecular biological
methods, and screened for enzymatic characteristic and antibacterial activity. Results: A total of 60 strains of actinomycetes were
isolated from Hehua Hot Spring, including of 51 strains of Streptomyces, 8 strains of Micromonospora, and 1 strain of Nomuraea. Among
these strains, 38.33% of the strains showed enzyme production characteristics, and 8 strains showed antibacterial activity against at
least one pathogen. Conclusion: Hehua Hot Spring is rich in actinomycetes, and many strains have good biological activity, which
deserves for further study.
