摘要: [摘要]目的:研究不同浓度康复新液对体外培养人皮肤成纤维细胞(HSF)增殖的影响。方法:取生长状态良好的HSF进行体
外培养,分别给予不同浓度的康复新液处理,应用MTT法检测细胞的增殖。结果:与阴性对照组比较,24、48、72 h 康复新液
在3~100 μg/mL浓度下对HSF均有增殖促进作用,48、72 h时作用效果较好,呈时间依赖性,10 μg/mL培养72 h时作用最强。
结论:康复新液可刺激HSF增殖,其促进HSF增殖的机制尚需进一步研究。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕Objective: To study the effects of different doses of Kangfuxin Liquid on the proliferation of human skin fibroblasts
(HSF)in vitro. Methods: The human skin fibroblasts were treated with different concentrations of Kangfuxin Liquid and cultured in
vitro, and the cell proliferation was detected by MTT assay. Results: Compared with the negative control group, after 24 h, 48 h and 72
h Kangfuxin Liquid could promote the proliferation of HSF at the concentrations of 3-100 μg/mL. The effect of 48 h and 72 h was timedependent,
and 10 μg/mL culture had the strongest effect after 72 h. Conclusion: Kangfuxin Liquid can stimulate the proliferation of
HSF, and how it promotes the proliferation of HSF needs further study.
