摘要： 自治、法治、德治相结合的乡村治理体系是乡村治理中破解基层社会治理问题的新举措。在乡村振兴道路上，西双版纳州 乡村治理成效显著，但也存在诸多问题。新时代加强西双版纳州乡村治理体系，要从加强完善组织建设、增添自治新动力，全面 提升法治保障能力，深挖民族文化内涵从而全面提升德治内在教化影响力，以及确保“三治融合”有序推进等方面努力。

Abstract: The system of rural governance combining rule by self, rule by law and rule by virtue is a new measure to solve the problems of grass-roots social governance. In the process of rural revitalization, there are lots of remarkable achievements in Xishuangbanna but also some problems. To reinforce the system of rural governance in Xishuangbanna in the new era, we need to improve the organization construction, add new impetus, comprehensively promote the legal guarantee system, and deeply explore the connotations of ethnic cultures in order to promote the effects of rule by virtue and make sure the orderly integration of the three rules.
