摘要: 农村电子商务作为当前推动农村经济转型发展和提速增效的重要支柱,对于破解三农难题非常关键。农户的采纳意
愿成为影响和制约农村电商发展的先决条件,利用实证调研数据,运用Logistic—ISM方法,辨识出影响农村电子商务采纳意愿
的显著因素,在此基础上剖析各因素之间的逻辑层级关系。通过各种媒介积极引导和宣传农村电子商务,强化农村电子商务
技术和平台的实用性、易用性,提升农户组织化程度,加大培训力度,是提升农户的农村电子商务意愿的可行之策。

Abstract: Rural e-commerce, as an important driving force for promoting the rural economic transformation and increasing the speed
and efficiency, is crucial to solving the "three rural issues". Farmers' willingness has become a prerequisite for the development of
rural e-commerce. Using empirical survey data and the Logistic-ISM method, this study identifies significant factors that affect
farmers' willingness to adopt e-commerce in rural areas, and the logical hierarchical relationship among all factors was analyzed on
this basis. It is a feasible strategy to actively guide and publicize rural e-commerce through various media, to strengthen the
practicality and operability of rural e-commerce technologies and platforms, to improve the degree of organization of farmers and
increase training efforts.
