摘要： 针对医学生论文写作能力培养及医学论文写作课程建设的现状及问题，分析问题存在的原因，就如何加强医学论文写 作课程建设提出对策和建议，并对改革前后的教学效果进行了比较分析。

Abstract: Based on the status quo and problems of the cultivation of medical students' writing ability and the construction of medical thesis writing courses, this paper analyzes the causes for the problems, proposes countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of medical thesis writing courses, and makes a comparative analysis of the teaching effects before and after the reform.
