民族不掉线:新冠疫情期云南中小学网课调查与边疆教育展望

摘要: 对疫情期云南边疆民族地区中小学校网课学习情况进行问卷调查显示:手机是县乡级学生上网课的主要设备;参与网课学习的学生多数家庭拥有宽带上网的条件,网课流量费没有额外增加家庭经济负担;学生对在线学习兴趣高,对网课普遍满意。这一结果表明政府对“停课不停学”政策支持到位,边疆少数民族地区发展在线教育具有可行性。应充分认识到发展在线教育对促进边疆少数民族地区教育公平和发展人力资源的重大意义,加快边疆少数民族地区中小学在线教育发展,追赶新融
媒体时代教育发展的新方向。

Abstract:  The data of a questionnaire survey on online classes in primary and secondary schools in Yunnan′s border minority areas
during the epidemic period shows: Mobile phone is the main equipment of online class for county and township students; Most families
of students who participate in online classes have broadband Internet access, and the Internet fees does not add extra economic burden
to their families; Students have high interest in online learning and are generally satisfied with online classes. The results show that the
government′s policy of "no suspension of classes" has been in place, and it is feasible to develop online education in border minority
areas. We should fully realize the great significance of developing online education to promote education equity and human resources
development in the border minority areas, accelerate the development of online education in primary and secondary schools in the
border minority areas, and catch up with the new direction of education development in the era of new media.
