生物信息学分析幽门螺杆菌感染差异基因表达情况

Bioinformatic Analysis of Differentially Expressed Genes in the Patients Infected with Helicobacter pylori

摘要: 目的:分析幽门螺杆菌(H. pylori)感染后差异表达基因(DEGs)特点。方法:从基因表达综合数据库下载到3H. pylori感染数据集(GSE6143GSE60427GSE60662),利用生物信息学分析软件对3个数据集中共同的DEGs进行KEGG通路富集分析和GO分析,构建蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用(PPI)网络分析DEGs表达蛋白质之间的相互作用。结果:3个数据集共筛选到29DEGsKEGG通路富集分析和GO分析表明H. pylori感染后机体激活了炎症免疫反应,PPI分析表明H. pylori感染后TLR4ICAM1CCL4TLR5CCL19CR2活性增强。结论:H. pylori感染后机体炎症反应较为活跃,TLR4ICAM1CCL4TLR5CCL19CR2等基因可作为治疗H. pylori感染的潜在生物学标志物。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the differentially expressed genes DEGs in the patients infected with Helicobacter pylori H. pylori. Methods Three H. pylori infection datasets GSE6143 GSE60427 and GSE60662 were collected from Gene Expression Omnibus database. The common DEGs in the three data sets were analyzed by bioinformatics software for KEGG pathway enrichment and GO analysis and the protein-protein interaction PPI network was constructed to analyze the interaction between DEGs expressed proteins. ResultsA total of 29 DEGs were screened from three data sets. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis and GO analysis showed that the inflammatory immune response was activated after H. pylori infection. PPI analysis showed that the activities of TLR4 ICAM1 CCL4 TLR5 CCL19 and CR2 were enhanced after H. pylori infection. ConclusionThe inflammatory response of H. pylori infection is active and TLR4 ICAM1 CCL4 TLR5 CCL19 and CR2 genes can be used as potential biomarkers for the treatment of H. pylori infection.
