川滇野丁香化学成分研究

摘要: 目的:了解川滇野丁香Leptodermis pilosa全株的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、MCISephadex LH-20等柱色谱对川滇野丁香全株的化学成分进行分离纯化,依据理化性质和现代波谱分析技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从川滇野丁香全株75%乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为齐墩果酸(1)、2?-羟基齐墩果酸(2)、阿江榄仁素(3)、东莨菪内酯(4)、咖啡酸甲酯(5)、丁香酸(6)、水杨酸(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物2~7为首次从野丁香属植物中分离得到。

Abstract: Objective To study the chemical constituents of the whole-plant of Leptodermis pilosa. Methods Silica gel MCI and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents of L. pilosa. The structures were identified based on physicochemical properties and modern spectroscopic analysis techniques. Results Eight compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the 75% ethanol extract of the whole-plant of L. pilosa and identified as oleanolic acid1), 2? -hydroxyloleanolic acid2), arjungenin3), scopoletin4), methyl caffeate5), syringic acid6), salicylic acid7), and daucosterol8. Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from L. pilosa for the first time and compounds 2-7 were first isolated from genus Leptodermis.
