摘要：

中华民族现代文明是人类文明史上一种崭新的文化生命体，是党在新时代新的文化使命的必然要求。建设中华民族现代文明是一项复杂的系统工程，围绕建设中华民族现代文明这一伟大的时代命题，需要坚持系统观念。具体而言，要加强前瞻性思考，在鉴往知来中彰显中华民族现代文明“承中”“接马”“开新”的理论基础；加强全局性谋划，坚持普遍联系、全面系统和发展变化的观点在表现样态上把握中华民族现代文明的时代特质；加强整体性推进，在统筹兼顾中把握中华民族现代文明的战略价值、时代价值、世界意义。

Abstract:

The modern civilization of the Chinese nation represents a novel cultural entity in the history of human civilization and is
an inevitable requirement of the CPC's new cultural mission in the new era. Building this modern civilization is a complex systemic endeavor. To address this grand task of our times, we must adhere to the systems thinking. Specifically, we must strengthen forward-looking thinking to reveal the theoretical foundation of modern Chinese civilization by inheriting the past, connecting with the present,
and pioneering the future, learning from history to illuminate the way forward. We must enhance holistic planning, upholding the perspectives of universal interconnection, comprehensive systems, and developmental change to grasp the contemporary characteristics of the modern Chinese civilization in its manifestations. We must advance with an integrated approach, balancing various considerations to fully appreciate the strategic value, contemporary significance, and global implications of the modern Chinesecivilization.
