Abstract:

Poor college students have become a special group who can not be ignored. So how to help these poor students benefit from
the reform and improve their sense of gain are the problems that call for attention. Focusing on the sense of gain of poor college
students, this paper discusses the subjective and objective factors and provides the strategies: improving and implementing the national
subsidy policy, exercising the positive personality traits, improving interpersonal relationship and creating a harmonious campus
environment for elevating poor college students' sense of gain.
