Abstract:

Objective: To observe the treatment efficacy of cervical lymphoid tuberculosis by ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus.
Methods: 77 patients with cervical lymphoid tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group（47 cases）and control group
（30 cases）. The control group was only treated by anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy. The efficacy was compared between the two groups,
and the lymph node size of treatment group was compared in different periods. Results: The rate of efficiency of treatment group was
higher than the control group, and there were significant differences（P＜0.05）. The highest efficiency was on the 28th day in
treatment group. The efficacy of treatment was significant difference by comparing 7th day with 28th day（P＜0.01）, and the same
result was between 14th day and 28th day（P＜0.05）. There was no significant difference of the efficacy between 21st day and 28th
days（P＞0.05）. Conclusion: Treatment for cervical lymphoid tuberculosis by ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus was safe and effective,
and the course of treatment is appropriate in the 21-28 days.
