摘要:

目的:研究云南不同种植基地滇黄精中多糖的含量,为滇黄精的开发利用提供参考。方法:以D-无水葡萄糖为对照
品,采用苯酚-硫酸显色,紫外分光光度法进行测定,检测波长为487 nm。结果:云南不同种植基地滇黄精中多糖含量有一定
差异,11批药材有10批多糖含量达到药典含量标准。结论:云南不同种植基地滇黄精质量整体较优,人工种植滇黄精是解决
资源紧缺的可行措施。

Abstract:

Objective:To determinate and analysis of polysaccharide in Polygonatum kingianum from different planting base in
Yunnan. Methods:Using D-anhydrous glucose as the reference,and polysaccharides were assayed by phenol-sulfuric acid method.
The testing wave length was 487 nm. Results:There is a certain difference in the content of polysaccharide in Polygonatum
kingianum from different planting bases in Yunnan. Conclusion:The study revealed that the qulity of Polygonatum kingianum from
different planting base in Yunnan is good quality, artificial planting of Polygonatum kingianum is a feasible measure to solve the
shortage of resources.
