“化危为机”护理技能线上实训课创新性教学实践

摘要:

目的:基于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下护理技能线上实训课学生无器具、无模具、无设备的特情,探索线上实训课的教学创新,“化危为机”开出有质量的实训课。方法:首次运用“教师思维创新”“训练模具创新”“实践练习创新”“实训报告创新”“技能考核创新”5种创新性教学实践方式,利用多维线上平台,推进线上实训课授课,结课后利用“问卷星”对参与课程学习的188名学生进行问卷调查。结果:“护理学基础技能”线上授课得到学生认可,其中,实训课满意率为79.55%,实训创新性达68.18%,线上实训授课有成效达90.91%。结论:疫情期间护理技能线上实训课虽然受到一些客观因素的制约,但课程团队的线上创新性实训教学方案实施有效,最大程度保障了教学运行及线上实训课的教学质量。

Abstract:

ObjectiveBecause there is no appliance no mold and no equipment available for students in the online training courses of nursing skills under the COVID-19 pandemic it is necessary to innovate the teaching and open high-quality practical courses to turn crisis into opportunity. Methods For the first time five innovations i.e. "teacher thinking innovation" "training mold innovation" "practice innovation" "training report innovation" and "skills assessment innovation" are used. The multi-dimensional online platform was used promote the teaching of online training courses and 188 students were surveyed with the "Questionnaire Star" platform after the class is over. ResultsThe online teaching of "Basic Nursing Skills" was approved by students among whom the satisfaction rate of practical training was 79.55% the innovation of practical training reached 68.18% and the effectiveness of online practical training reached 90.91%. Conclusion Although the online training courses of nursing skills during the pandemic are restricted by some objective factors the online innovative training teaching plan of the course team has been effectively implemented which guarantees the teaching operation and the teaching quality of the online training courses to the greatest extent.
