摘要:

[摘要] 目的:探讨S100P基因在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:使用多种在线生物信息学数据库分析S100P的分子表达、调控网络及预后价值。结果:S100P基因在乳腺癌中的表达水平明显高于正常组织(P<0.05);S100P表达水平与乳腺癌淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),且高表达水平与较差的预后有关(P<0.001);S100P主要参与糖基化、粒细胞活化等生物学过程,并与蛋白酶体、白细胞介素-17等信号通路相关。结论:S100P在乳腺癌中高表达,是乳腺癌诊断、治疗和预后的潜在靶点。

Abstract:

AbstractObjectiveTo investigate the expression and clinical significance of S100P gene in breast cancer. MethodsA variety of online bioinformatics databases were used to analyze the molecular expressionregulatory network and prognostic value of S100P. ResultsThe expression level of S100P gene in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in normal tissues P<0.05. S100P expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer P<0.05), and high expression level was associated with poor prognosis P<0.001. S100P was mainly involved in biological processes such as glycosylation and granulocyte activationand was related to proteasomeIL-17 and other signal pathways. ConclusionHigh expression of S100P in breast cancer is a potential target for diagnosistreatment and prognosis of breast cancer.
