摘要:

[摘要] 赖氨酰氧化酶(LOX)家族由LOX4LOX样蛋白(LOXL1~4)组成,主要作用于细胞外基质的重塑以及胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的交联。胃癌是发展中国家中发病率较高的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,病死率在所有恶性肿瘤中排第3位。越来越多的研究表明,LOX家族蛋白与胃癌细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭和转移的调节密切相关。现就LOX家族各个成员与胃癌发生和发展的关系作一综述,以期发现可用于胃癌治疗的LOX家族蛋白质成员的特异性抑制剂。

Abstract:

AbstractThe lysyl oxidaseLOXfamily consists of LOX and 4 types of LOX-like proteinsLOXL1-4), and it mainly acts on the remodeling of the extracellular matrix and cross-linking of collagen and elastin. Gastric cancer is one of the digestive system cancers with high incidence in developing countriesand its mortality rate is the third place among all cancers. More and more studies have shown that the LOX family proteins are closely related to the regulation of gastric cancer cell proliferationmigrationinvasion and metastasis. This article reviews the relationship between each member of LOX family and the occurrence and development of gastric cancerwith a view to finding specific inhibitors of LOX family protein members that can be used in the treatment of gastric cancer.
