尿液有形成分3种检验方法比较

摘要: 目的:探讨3种检验方法对患者尿液有形成分检出情况。方法:采用尿液分析仪、干化学分析仪和显微镜检验对昆明市某二级甲等医院1 000份尿液标本中的有形成分进行分析,比较检验结果和联合检验诊断吻合率。结果:在1 000份尿液标本中,显微镜检验对白细胞、红细胞、细菌、结晶、上皮细胞和真菌的检出率较高,尿液分析仪对管型的检出率较高,干化学分析仪能够检出上述2种检验方法均无法检出的亚硝酸盐和蛋白;红细胞的联合检验诊断吻合率最高,结晶、管型和上皮细胞的联合检验诊断吻合率最低。结论:尿液分析仪与显微镜检验均是尿液检验的有效方法,具有重要诊断价值,干化学分析仪可以在一定程度上弥补上述2种方法的不足,临床尿液检验中应将3种方法联合运用,为临床提供更为可信的检验结果。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the detection of urine sediment in patients by three methods. MethodsUrine analyzer dry chemistry analyzer and microscope were used to analyze the visible components in 1 000 urine samples from a secondary first-class hospital in Kunming and the test results and diagnostic coincidence rate were compared. Results Among 1 000 urine samples the detection rate of microscopic examination for white blood cells red blood cells bacteria crystals epithelial cells and fungi was high the detection rate of urine analyzer for casts was high and the dry chemistry analyzer could detect nitrite and protein that could not be detected by the above two methods. The combined test of red blood cells had the highest diagnostic coincidence rate while the combined test of crystals casts and epithelial cells had the lowest diagnostic coincidence rate. Conclusion Both urine analyzer and microscopic examination are effective methods for urine examination which have important diagnostic value. Dry chemistry analyzer can make up for the shortcomings of the above two methods to some extent. The three methods should be combined in clinical urine test to provide more reliable test results for clinical use.
