边疆民族地区社工机构获取政府承认的演进历程与深化策略——基于保山市S机构的个案分析

The Evolution Process and Deepening Strategies of Social Work Organizations in Border Ethnic Areas to Obtain Government Recognition: A Case Study of Organization S in Baoshan City

摘要:

以霍耐特承认理论为指导,采取典型案例研究的方法,对边疆民族地区保山市 S机构获取政府承认的历程进行分析。 在行动维度,政府承认经历由表达性承认到实质性承认的演变;在结果维度,则实现了情感性承认到价值性承认的蜕变。政府 对S机构的承认是有限度的,承认过程仍伴随有阻碍现象,不利于S机构的正常运作。沿袭霍耐特三种具体承认形式的逻辑, 可以从转变理念、落实政策、平等合作三方面,深入探索谋求政府承认的策略。

Abstract:

Guided by Honneth's recognition theory, this study adopts a typical case study method to analyze the process of government recognition of Organization S in Baoshan City, a border ethnic area. On the action level, this recognition evolved from expressive to substantive forms; on the outcome level, it transitioned from emotional to value-based recognition. However, the recognition granted by the government remains limited and is accompanied by obstacles that hinder the organization's normal operations. Following Honneth's three forms of recognition, this paper suggests strategies in conceptual transformation, policy implementation, and equitable cooperation to facilitate more comprehensive governmental recognition.
