美洲大蠊提取物对肝星状细胞增殖能力的影响

目的:研究美洲大蠊提取物样品玉、域、芋对体外培养大鼠肝星状细胞株(HSC-T6)增殖的影响。方法:用四甲基偶氮噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测不同浓度样品在不同培养时间作用下HSC-T6细胞的增殖能力。结果:与空白对照组比较,样品玉抑制了HSC-T6的增殖,且随时间的延长抑制作用加强,在一定的浓度范围内具有剂量依赖性,培养72 h时作用最强。样品域与样品玉作用效果相似,但抑制作用略小于样品玉。样品芋在作用24 h时,有一定抑制作用,而在其他时间段基本没有抑制作用。结论:样品玉、域、芋均能抑制HSC-T6的增殖,有可能成为防治肝纤维化的理想药。

Cell Proliferation Effect of Periplaneta americana Extracts on Hepatic Stellate Cells

Objective: To study the proliferation effects of Periplaneta americana extracts (samples I, II, III)on rat hepatic stellate cell lines (HSC-T6)in vitro. Methods: HSC-T6 proliferation under the treatment of Periplaneta americana extracts in different concentration and time was determined by MTT method. Results: Compared with the control group, HSC-T6 proliferation was inhibited by sample I with time dependence and reached the peak at 72 hours with concentration dependence within a certain range. Sample IIshowed the same inhibitory pattern but with less effect. Sample III showed a particular inhibition effect in 24 hours, and no effect at other time points. Conclusion: The samples I, II, III can inhibit hepatic stellate cell proliferation, which may be a potential drug for prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis.
