现场导游考试是全国导游人员资格考试中的口试环节，重点考察的是考生的讲解技巧和导游实务。但在云南省“国导”考试的现场导游环节中，出现了考生对景点不熟悉、技能掌握差、礼貌欠佳等状况，如何有效解决问题，让考生在考试中正常发挥值得探讨。
Spot imitation is the oral part of tour guiding qualification test. Differing from written examination, oral examination mainly focuses on narration skills and the practice of tour guide . This paper, taking the on-the-spot examinations for tourist guides in Yunnan province for example, analyzes the existing problems including examinees' unfamiliar with scenic spots, poor skills, lack of manners , and so on, and puts forward some countermeasures so that every examinee can have a great performance.
