简要阐述了阅读的重要性，结合中西部县级图书馆的现状，提出县级图书馆加强导读功能的必要性和应达到的目标，提
出采取树立服务理念、建立导读机制等六个方面的措施。强化中西部县级图书馆的导读功能，适应时代发展的需求。
The article describes the importance of reading, it proposes the necessity and destination of intensifying guided reading
by analyzing the present situation of country-level libraries in central and western regions, and illustrates six effective measures, such as the establishment of service concept and system of guided reading and so on. This paper points out that only by enhancing the function of guided reading, can meet the needs of the times.
