论债权出资及其规制的完善

债权出资是出资方式多元化的表现形式之一。公司资本制度确定债权出资方式有其正当性和合理性，符合社会经济发
展的需求。完善债权出资规制体系是债权出资制度有效运行的必要保障。

The contribution by credit is included ira the diversified means of investment．It"s proper and reasonable for the
corporation capital system to legalize the investment through creditor s right，because it meets the needs of social and economical
