3G时代背景下的大学生信息素养教育

论述3G时代背景下大学生网络使用的高频率与网络信息获取、处理、应用的低能力现状;分析当代大学生信息素养现状
不乐观的原因:我国信息素养标准缺乏,人才培养过程中重技术、轻素养,大学生人文素质教育的迷失,教师信息技术能力低下
以及图书信息检索能力的培养不能满足学生需求等;提出以普及推广现有指标体系为基本思路,以提高全体教师的信息素养意
识为基本要求以及将信息素养培养融入到日常生活和课堂学习中为基本方法的相关对策。

College Student's Information Literacy Education under the 3G Era

The status of college student's high-frequency in network using and their low-ability in information application and
processing under the 3G era is discussed. The factors of non-optimistic status are analysed as follows: standard deficiency in
information literacy education, over-emphasis of technology and negligence of literacy in the talent training, loss of college humanistic
education, teacher's low information ability, and unsatisfactory training of the retrieval ability. Based on this, the generalization of
extant standard system, the improvement of teachers' information literacy awareness and the infusion of information literacy training
into daily life and learning are put forward.

Abstract:

The status of college student's high-frequency in network using and their low-ability in information application and
processing under the 3G era is discussed. The factors of non-optimistic status are analysed as follows: standard deficiency in
