Abstract:

Corruption is a global problem that will seriously damage the economic and social development of a state, and sometime
it could even leads to the change of regimes and the demise of a country. At present, corruption is a "cancer" that restricts the
development of China. To effectively prevent corruption, it's important that the causes of corruption be analyzed first from the angles
of public power and hierarchy of needs so as to obtain relevant measures. To build a corruption punishment and prevention system,
the setting of special law seem to be the key, the improvement of mechanism is the backbone, anti-corruption education is the
foundation, a mature and standard evaluation system is the safeguard, and advanced national and international experiences are the
reference.
