摘要：

大理州毒品犯罪问题有其自身的特点，犯罪主体呈现出以农民、无业人员为主，以担任马仔角色的居多，且特殊主体涉
毒情况突出等特点；犯罪方法以零星贩卖或运输毒品为主，多以贩养吸，且犯罪手段呈多样化、隐蔽化。毒品犯罪分子所处的
社会弱势地位，在很大程度上成为促使他们参与毒品犯罪的原因。

Abstract:

The drug crime problem in Dali has its own characteristics: criminals are mainly farmers and the unemployed followed by
men in gangs, and the characteristics of special drug-related criminals are distinct. Criminal methods are mainly through street selling,carrying drug, and selling-for-taking drug, and most of the criminal means are diversified and concealing. The social status of drug criminals--the vulnerable groups, is the main reason of participating in drug crimes.
