摘要:

目的:测试工作倦怠量表中文版在少数民族地区护士中使用的信度和效度。方法:对MBI工作倦怠量表在大理白族自
治州592名护士中进行使用,评价其信度和效度。结果:因子分析结果显示,个人成就感降低因子的条目和原量表一致,但是
原量表中的条目6、条目16和条目20已由情绪耗竭维度划归到人格解体维度。全量表同质信度为0.834,3个维度Cronbach α
系数为0.787~0.807;计算各条目与各维度间的相关,各条目与所属维度之间相关较强,而与其他维度相关较弱。结论:本研究
显示工作倦怠问卷中文版信度较好。但从因子分析来看,与原量表不完全一致,因此,对少数民族地区护士进行调查时,建议
先对量表进行修订。

Abstract:

Objective: To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)in nurses at
minority districts. Methods: MBI was tested by 592 nurses in Dali Prefecture to evaluate the reliability and validity. Results: Factor
analysis showed that the item of diminished personal accomplishment was in accordance with the original scale, but item 6, 16, and 20
in the original scale were moved from emotional exhaustion dimension to depersonalization. The reliabilities of internal consistency of
the inventory was 0.834, and the three dimensions(depersonalization,emotional exhaustion,sense of achievement)ranged from 0.787
to 0.807. The correlation between each item and its dimension was stronger than the item with other dimensions. Conclusion: The
reliability of the Chinese version of MBI is acceptable. But the construct is different from the original inventory. So if we want to
investigate the nurses in minority district, we have to revise the scale firstly.
