Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the application value of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage（ENBD）and endoscopic retrograde biliary drainage（ERBD）on biliary obstruction patients. Method: To select the proper method of biliary drainage according to the pathological changes after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography （ERCP）.Result: 26 biliary obstruction patients can get satisfactory clinical effect by ENBD and ERBD. Conclusion: ENBD and ERBD are safe and effective for the biliary patients. As new techniques， they have good prospects in clinical application.
