Construction of Information Resource Security System in Township Secondary School Libraries in Minority Areas
———A Case Study of Dali Region in Yunnan

Library, which is the centre of literature information in secondary schools, is an important service department for
education, teaching and scientific research. The present construction and development of township secondary school libraries in Dali Prefecture are problematic. Therefore, the construction of information resource security system in township secondary school libraries is significant to the change of its status quo, the development of township secondary school library, and the comprehensive promotion of quality education.
