Abstract:
Objective：To explore the clinical application of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage （NPH）.Methods: Thirty-five cases of NPH from June 2003 to January 2008 in the Department of Pediatrics in the People's Hospital of Lijiang were enrolled. Mechanical ventilation was applied to all 35 cases, and its therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results：Thirty cases were cured and 5 cases were dead with a cure rate of 85.71% and a death rate of 14.29% .Conclusion：Mechanical ventilation therapy is an irreplaceable treatment in NPH.
