Objective:To perfect the quality standard of peanut hull. It can provide scientific basis for the utilization and
development of peanut hull. Methods:Characteristics and micro-features of peanut hull samples were observed. The samples were identified by TLC and HPLC with luteolin standard as reference. Water, total ash and acid -insoluble ash in peanut hull were examined by determination of water and ash. The content of ethanol-soluble extractives was measured by hot extraction method and of luteolin was determined by HPLC. Resulte:The 10 samples from different habitats and kinds presented the spots of the same colors and same retention time at the corresponding position. The content of water, total ash ,acid -insoluble ash, ethanol -soluble extractives and luteolin were 7.66% ~9.99%,2.16% ~4.23% ,0.28% ~1.79%,4.38% ~8.25% and 0.111% ~0.371% respectively. Conclusion:The methods are simple, convenient, and accurate and can be used for the quality control of peanut hull.

Methods: Information related to the death was collected, classified according to the international classification of diseases (ICD-10),and analyzed by software DeathReg2005. Results: The annual average total mortality was 191.80/10 per hundred thousand. The top three were cerebrovascular disease, myocardial infarction, rheumatic; the death ratio of male to female was 1.06: 1, including cerebrovascular disease (66.27%), myocardial infarction(17.38%).With advancement of age, death of circulatory system diseases were increaing. Conclusion: Following the accelerated speed of population aging, changes in disease patterns, cardiovascular diseases are the major diseases of circulatory system diseases, thus we should prevent and control cardiovascular and chronic non-communicable disease.

Method: A retrospective research was performed on 67 patients whose initial clinical complains were metamorphopsia from January 2009 to December 2009. The final diagnosis was achieved by history, careful fundus examination, ultrasonography and fluorescein fundus angiography test(FFA), then all cases underwent an operation therapy. Results: There were 8 retinal detachment patients(11.9%),29 central serous chorioretinopathy(43.3%),20 macular edema(14.9%)and 20 age -related macular degeneration (29.9% ) in the 67 patients. Retinal detachment was misdiagnosed as central serous chorioretinopathy(n=4, 50%),retinitis pigmentasia(n=2, 25%)and macular oedema(n=2, 25%). All 8 retinal detachment patients were applied with retinal surgery. Post-operative ultrasonography showed flat retina; and 8 patients' post-operative corrected vision improved (100% , P <0.01).Conclusion: Atypical retinal detachment is easy to be missed; misdiagnosis can be reduced by comprehensive eye examination and carefully differential diagnosis.

Objective: To investigate the MRI features and clinical significance of intra-spinal meningioma. Methods: 34 cases of
intra-spinal meningioma confirmed by surgical operation and pathological diagnosis were collected and analyzed. Tumor site, tumor signal performance, enhanced signal characteristics and changes in neighboring meninges were observed. Results: 26 lesions of intraspinal meningioma occurred in the thoracic segments, 4 lesions in the cervical segments, 4 lesions in the lumbar segments. Hetergenous signal of tumor occurred in 5 lesions, cystic change in 1 lesion, adjacent spinal dura mater thickened in 3 lesions, wide base signs appeared in 20 lesions. Most tumors showed enhancement signal in contrast enhancement. Conclusion: The spinal meningioma most often occurred in females, which mainly located at the intra-dural space of throcic segments. Most tumors were solid, hemorrhage cystic change was less. The signal of tumors was hetergenous because the degree of calcification was different in
tumors. All tumors appeared enhancement pattern after injection GD-DTPA. Spinal cord showed chronic compressed and thinned sign. Spinal meningioma can cause the adjacent dura thickening, with "Mouse-tail sign" in contrast enhancement.

Conclusion: Rh(D)-negative blood group information database has been established in Dali Prefecture, the next step is to expand it and improve physical database and recruit more blood donors to ensure a prompt and effective clinical blood transfusion.

Objective: To investigate the incidence and diagnostic value of MRI in premature infants with brain damage. Method:
One hundred and thirty cases of premature infants' brains were detected by MRI within one week after their birth. Results: The incidence of brain lesion in premature infants was 63.8%, of which hemorrhage was much higher with an incident rate of 29.2%, and hemorrhage and ischemic lesion was the second with an incident rate of 24.6%. DWI was more sensitive to white matter damage, and SWI was sensitive to hemorrhagic focus. Conclusion: MRI provided an accurate imaging for brain damage diagnosis in premature infants.

Objective:To analyze the achievements and shortcomings since the tutorial system for undergraduates has been
implemented in the faculty of pharmacy through multiple comparisons between students who have been guided and those who have not, and so as to provide information for further development the tutorial system for undergraduates. Methods: A statistical analysis of different situation about students was made. Results: Those students who have been guided had obvious advantages in the following aspects: research ability, paper publishing, English proficiency and examinations of postgraduate and so on. Conclusion: The tutorial system for undergraduates plays a positive role in students' quality of learning.

Objective: To discuss how to let the students deduce the formula of fatty acid energy generation. Methods:Heuristic
didactics was used to guide the students to think, analyze, compare and summarize. Results:Students gradually deduced that the net number of energy generation could use the formula (Cn/2-1)×4+Cn/2×10-2 to calculate. Conclusion:Students have improved their interests and self-confidence in learning, and have cultivated the ability to analyze and solve problems in the course of deducing the formula.

Objective: To explore the correlation between college students' interpersonal trust and parental rearing pattern, and to
provide theoretical guidance for family education and students' mental health. Methods: 317 college students were tested by ITS and EMBU. Results: There were significant differences between the only-child or not and different residence (P<0.05). Interpersonal trust was positive correlated with emotional warmth (FF1,MF1)(P<0.01),
negative correlated with parents' uncharitable punishment and rejection(P <0.05) .Conclusion: Parenting styles play an important role on interpersonal trust of college students.
