Abstract:

Objective: To establish and improve Rh （D）-negative blood donors' information database and physical database, and ensure that the Rh （D）-negative patients can receive a prompt and effective blood transfusion of safe blood and blood product. Method: Slide method was used to screen blood donors before donation, micro-plate was used to detect blood after donation, and tube method was used to confirm. Result: Eighty-six Rh（D）-negative blood donors were selected from 48,884 blood samples, among which no irregular antibodies were screened. Conclusion: Rh（D）-negative blood group information database has been established in Dali Prefecture, the next step is to expand it and improve physical database and recruit more blood donors to ensure a prompt and effective clinical blood transfusion.
