Abstract:
A spirations，one of the”Yi nationality series of novels”by the peasant writer Hu Zilong from Xiangyun County．is a short and elegant work set in the Jianshajiang River Valley．This paper reveals the modern eonstruetion of the heroine Axiu，and explores the rich ethnic and regional features revealed in its vernacular，and demonstrates the novel S profound aesthetic implications and values
