Content Determination of Gentiopicr0side in Boyunding

Objective：To establish a method to determine the content of gentiopicroside in Boyunding．Methods：The content of gentiopierosidewasdeterminedbyhighperformanceliquid chromatography．Agilent TC-C1 8 (4.6 mm ×150 mm，5 μm ) was used as analytical column，the mobile phase was composed of methanol amt warer，the detection wavelength was 274 nm．Results：The calibration curve has shown a good linear pattern in gentiopicroside content within 0.219 2~2.192 g(r=0．999 8)，the average recovery ratewas 97．6％ (n=9)
and RSD was 2．37％ ．Conclusion：The simple，stable and reproducible properties of this method enable its application in content measuration of gentiopicroside in Boyunding．
