Objectives：To improve the sensitivity ofpassive avoidance test，three various testing methods were applied to estimate the learning and menlory function in lnice model with dysmnesia induced by scopolamine．M ethods：Scopolamine was used to duplicate dysmnesia models in mice．Latency time and numbers of error were obtained by simple test method，double test method and muhi—test method．The senstitivities of each method were compared．Results：In simple test，there were no signifcant differences between model group and control group in both latency time and numbers of error．While data have not shown significant difference on latency time in double test．However，in multi—test，there were significant diferences in both two indexes eompared to the other two groups．Conclusion：Multi—test was the most sensitive method to nleasure the learn ing and memory ability in animal during passive avoidance test．
