Objective：To promote the initiative of participation in high—quality nursing“demonstration projeel”through varies strategies．Methods：We improved nursing quality by staff training and propaganda and through studies on execution and other related theories．Results：After the demonstration project，a clear connotation of high—quality care and responsibilities were recognized in aU nuring staffs，who showed more increased participation initiative．Conclusion：“Demonstration project”programs and related activities could be implemented by taking various effective measures．
