Experiences of PICC Application in Trauma Patients

0bjective：To investigate the efects of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC)treatment in early trauma patients．Methods：Retrospective analysis was conducted in 1 08 cases of trauma patients with PICC encheiresis into superior veDa cava or subclavian vein．Results：One hundred and five cases were operated successflJlly at the first time．Non drug extravasation and intubation complication was observed in all cases．The degree of satisfaction is 1100％ ．Conclusion：PICC treated in early trauma patients can protect
the patients’blood vessels，reduce the pain induced by repeated puncture，and improve therapeutic and nursing quality．
