Abstract:

0bjectives：To investigate the current status and problems of the instructor team construction in yunnan medical coleges and to provide some specific recommendations Methods：Interviews and self-designed questionnaires were applied to college instrnetors from Kunming Medical University，Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medical College，Dali University and Yunnan Medical Higher Academy．Results：Despite some achievements，there are still such problems as irrational team structure，incomplete seleetion system．low management
performance，deficient training mechanisms，and non-objective assessment system．Conclusions：hnprovement of selection system，training system，management system and development system could solve the problems arising from the construction of college instructors team in Yunnan medical colleges．
