Discussion on "Removing Administration from Colleges and Universities"

The topic of "removing administration from colleges and universities”has been long debated，especially in recent years．But if it is analyzed in a historical，dialectical and comprehensive point of view，it s not difficult to find that administration in universities is not an isolated and static existence but that it has a profound social background，the problem of national system．Only through national political system reform and that of educational system as well as college system，can administration be removed with policy support and law protection．
