Study on Dali Pattern of Poverty-strike Development in Ethnic Minority Areas in the New Era

This article summarizes the main contents, effectiveness, problems and countermeasures of the Dali pattern of povertystrike development in ethnic minority areas in the new era in order to promote the progress of this project and enhance the course of overall building of fairly well-off society.
