On Binomial Decomposition of Powers of Consecutive Natural Number

Under the new definition of the number of binary side, this paper has explored how to export binomial decomposition of
consecutive natural number to the power of n , in order to lead up to binomial decomposition formula, and then makes use of this formula to probe into Rufus Bowen conjecture.
