The weight is determined by the index of variation degree. The efficacy coefficient method is applied in a telecommunication enterprise for economic benefits of comprehensive evaluation. The practice shows that the evaluation result obtained by the objective weighting efficacy coefficient method has certain reliability and rationality. And the difference of comprehensive evaluation method can be obtained through the comparison with other results. Meanwhile, it has little effect on high related evaluation results.

For the Limitations of MIMO systems in mobile terminal, this paper has provided an easily implemented virtual MIMO
(VMIMO)communication channel model based on cooperative relay technology, by using the geometric modeling method on the basis of scatterers' distribution. In Rican fading environment, the relevant statistical properties of the channel model are studied. And, the closed expressions of the correlation function are deduced. And the parameters of this channel model such as the antenna interval, the angular spread, the Doppler effect, and the mobility of the terminal, etc. are all considered, simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the VMIMO based on cooperative relay technology can take advantage of the superiority of MIMO technology to achieve higher performance.

In this paper, we study the relation between the sunspot activity and UV intensity in Dali city, using the observational
data from July 15 to November 15, 2010. The daily data of the total number of sunspot and the UV intensity data in 5 months are used in this study. The ultraviolet radiation intensity is divided into grades weakest, weak, medium, strong and very strong, and for statistical convenience, we use the number 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to represent them. The result shows that UV is always strong when the sunspot group total is 2. It also shows that when a total number of sunspot group in a period of time (about 3 days or more) maintains an unchanging value, i.e. 2, there will be strong ultraviolet radiation. After UV becoming strong or very strong it will gradually decline, while this change is independent of sunspot group in total.

Objective:The extract of walnut leaves show strong antioxidant activities, but the quantities of active components are
different according to different growth stages. The time of picking walnuts leaf depends on comparison of oxidation resistance of walnuts leaf extract picked from different months. Methods: The same doses of walnut leaf extract harvested in different months were added into edible vegetable oil. Extracts from different months were compared with each other. All of these extracts were divided into three groups, with equal BHT, BHA and blank in them. And then they were observed after some time. Results: Among them, the antioxidant activities of acetone extract in September. had the highest antioxidant activity, and better than BHT. Conclusion: The antioxidation effects of Walnut leaves are different in different periods, and the best one is in September.

To analyze the impact of wetland management, especially removal of aquatic plants, on waterbirds diversity, a survey of
waterbirds diversity was conducted by direct count method at Luoshijiang artificial wetland and Shapingwan natural wetland in Erhai lake from November 1, 2010 to January 2, 2011. The results showed that: 淤after removal of aquatic plants, the waterbirds diversity indexes of the artificial wetland and the natural wetland decreased from 2.08 and 1.86 to 1.46 and 1.41, respectively, might caused by reduction of the foods and safety of waterbirds;于in contrast with to the reduction of number of species and densities of waterbirds in the natural wetland, these parameters increased in the artificial wetland after removal of aquatic plants. This might relate with the sharply increasing of one species. Finally, suggestions for effective management and conservation of waterbirds were present.

Soil microorganism numbers change after the Atrazine herbicide being applied in the soil. By taking Atrazine as the
research object, the experiments were divided into four stages: early, middle, late, end. In the present study, the effects of Atrazine on soil microorganism numbers were investigated through dilution-plating method. The results indicate that: Atrazine herbicide can change the soil microorganism numbers; it can inhibit the numbers of soil actinomycetes and fungi at four stages; Atrazine can promote the growth of the number of bacteria in the soil in the early, middle and late, but the inhibition in the end. On the whole, the Atrazine herbicide that being applied in the soil has inhibition on the numbers of actinomycetes and fungi, but there exists hysteresis nature in the inhibition on the numbers of bacteria.

The consistency of mathematics curriculum objectives is the key problem of the whole consistency of mathematics
curriculum. The author interprets the content of Common Core State Standards for Mathematics (K-1) and considers it a good example for the consistency of mathematics curriculum objectives on psychology of children and formulating of objectives content. At present, there are certain problems of consistency of mathematics curriculum objectives in our country. We need to formulate unified mathematics curriculum standards for kindergarten and primary school; to let mathematics as an independent learning field in preschool education; to combine process and behavioral orientation of mathematics curriculum; to focus on the content consistency of mathematics curriculum.

This paper presents how to use a normally distributed type U to assess PE scores. First of all, teachers turn students' two scores into T scores, and then according to the U.S. scientist Hale's T score and the progress of sub-conversion table, convert two T scores into "progress points". Finally, they do the final assessment combined with the student's progress (progress amplitude scores). Through nearly two years' teaching practice, such scoring methods can stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning sport.
