This paper presents how to use a normally distributed type U to assess PE scores. First of all, teachers turn students' two scores into T scores, and then according to the U.S. scientist Hale's T score and the progress of sub-conversion table, convert two T scores into "progress points". Finally, they do the final assessment combined with the student's progress (progress amplitude scores). Through nearly two years' teaching practice, such scoring methods can stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning sport.
