Abstract:

Objective: To discuss the role orientation of the blood collecting nurse in the blood bank so as to provide high-quality services for blood donors. Methods: Investigate the importance of the role orientation and the role features and define the role function of the blood collecting nurse in the blood bank. Results: Blood collecting nurse serves to propagate and recruit the blood donors, guide and teach health education to blood donors, support and help blood donation, observe and give care to the donors with adverse reactions. To successfully realize nurse's professional role, good professional ethics, communication skills, psychological quality and professional image, qualified nursing skills, efficient learning capacity and executive ability are required. Conclusion: Through an accurate role orientation can blood collecting nurse better serve blood donors and promote the retention of donors and eventually realize their own professional values.
