Establishment of the Effective External Supporting System for Teacher's Training

The effective external supporting system for teacher's training is an external security mechanism to support and promote teacher's effective training and also an important factor to motivate teacher's life-long education. The system includes teacher's training organizations, trainers, evaluation mechanism and training system.
